Optimalisation Dynamics Navision 2016

Involved in the training and support of employees in a charity organisation after the implementation of Dynamics Navision. Activities were mainly aimed at explaining and supporting activities with regard to connection with registration of gifts and donations that were received, linking with Pro-Active and drawing up management reporting. Challenges in the project were mainly differences of insight between the various departments, the willingness of employees to change. My main focus was building a bridge and closing the gap between developers and users.
