Involved in the implementation of Navision at several large IT retailers. Solved problems with regard to stock valuation, financial reconciliations, VAT bookings and financial reports. Process optimized for the automatic settlements and processing of website payments on open customer orders. Guided and trained key users. Wrote various functional designs for desired adjustments in the software.
